It’s Never Too Late For An Adoption Plan

It’s Never Too Late For An Adoption Plan

You took a baby home from the hospital and then thought about adoption because circumstances have occurred that make it difficult or unsafe for you to raise your baby?

If your circumstances change (if you become homeless, you are in a dangerous situation, or for whatever reason you can no longer care for your baby) please call Cradle of Hope as you are NEVER too late to make an adoption plan. Your baby will immediately go to a family who is thoroughly screened and approved. Making an adoption plan after taking the baby home is difficult as it is a critical decision, but our social workers will assist you in making that decision.

If you do decide to move forward with an adoption plan, there is no cost and no legal costs for you. We will help you through the entire process. If you choose to see your baby after he or she is placed for adoption, our adoptive parents are willing and readily available to have an open relationship with you and your baby. We will supervise your baby’s placement and our social worker will visit the baby’s new home so that we know that the baby is safe and loved in his or her new home.
